How do I update notification settings for my charger account?

Tap Electric sends useful notifications about your chargers. Learn how to change your settings to get the alerts you need.

In Notification Settings, you can setup up an email alert for when a charger goes offline. An alert is sent approximately 10 minutes after the charger has gone offline to ensure small drops in connectivity do not trigger a false alarm.


Setting an offline charger alert

  1. Account > Settings > Notification settings

  2. Turn email alerts On

  3. Enter an email to send alerts to

  4. Select "Charger offline" alert

  5. Confirm
