Onboarding in this context means getting the charger communicating with Tap's charger backoffice. If you are looking for a complete guide for setting up an account and configuring your locations, see our Quick Start Guide.
To connect Rolec chargers, you will need to download the Rolec EV Connect app.
1. Open the Rolec EV Connect app. If it's your first time using the app, it will ask you to scan the charger QR code located in the back of the Rolec setup guide or inside the charger.
2. Navigate to: Configure your chargepoint > Back Office
3. Select your back office: choose "Tap Electric"
4. Click "Next Step" and finsih the process.
5. In the Tap app: Locations > connect new charger
6. Select Rolec.
7. After a minute the charger should appear and you can proceed with onboarding.
