Rolec EV Connect onboarding guide

To connect Rolec chargers, you will need to download the Rolec EV Connect app.

1. In the Tap app: Locations > connect new charger


2. Select Rolec.

3. Copy your unique URL from the Tap app or webportal.

4. Go to the Rolec EV Connect app. If it's your first time using the app, it will ask you to scan the charger QR code located in the back of the Rolec setup guide or inside the charger.

5. Navigate to: Configure your chargepoint > Back Office

6. Select your back office: choose "Custom"

7. Enter the URL copied from the Tap app.

8. Click "Set".

9. Return to the Tap app. After a minute the charger should appear and you can proceed with onboarding.
