Article summary

This guide describes how to onboard Etrel chargers with Tap.

Onboarding in this context means getting the charger communicating with Tap. If you are looking for a complete guide for setting up an account and configuring your locations, see our Quick Start Guide.

To connect Etrel chargers, you will need a laptop and ethernet cable, and be physically located at the charger. You will also need your Etrel username and password. You should be able to find this written on the sticker inside the side maintenance doors. Contact your charger supplier if you cannot find this.

  1. In the Tap app: Locations > connect new charger
