Invoice Details
Each month Tap sends a detailed invoice summarizing all charge sessions from your locations from the calendar month. This includes:
Invoice period
Amount to be reimbursed including VAT
Amount to be reimbursed excluding VAT
Detailed list of individual sessions, including location, kWh, cost with and without VAT, and any applicable revenue split between owner and installer/operator (as configured in Payout Settings).
Reviewing and downloading invoices
Invoices are mailed to the email(s) configured in:
Account > Settings > Invoice settings.
If you encounter issues opening invoice attachment in your email, you can log in to your Tap Electric account to retrieve them or ask an administrator to help you access or retrieve invoices. Your administrator can find your invoices in Tap:
Navigate to: Account > Invoices
If you are unable to access invoices directly, contact your account administrator to request access. Your account administrator can also add your email to the list of invoice recipients.
Changing invoice email
You can change the email that your invoice is sent to each month.
Account > Settings > Invoice settings
Enter desired email.
Confirm.
To send your invoice to more than one email, add a ";" between email addresses eg. [email protected];
Finding charger management invoices from the Tap app
If you are looking for your invoices as a charger owner in the Tap Electric app, a common mistake is that you find your Driver invoices instead of your Management invoices.
Driver invoices (invoices for you to pay for your charging sessions) are found in the app: Profile > Invoices.
Charger management invoices (self-billing invoices for money to be paid to you for sessions on your charger, or invoices for you to pay for premium management features) are found in the app: Manage > Settings (gear icon) > Invoices
