Onboarding in this context means getting the charger communicating with Tap's charger backoffice. If you are looking for a complete guide for setting up an account and configuring your locations, see our Quick Start Guide.
To connect Hager chargers, you will need access to a Hager account with the Hager web portal.
1. Log into your Tap account and navigate to the Chargers-section within the web portal.
2. Select "Connect new chargers". Select Hager from the ensuing list, and copy the OCPP url that is displayed in the following screen.
3. Open the Hager web portal and login with your Hager credentials.
4. Navigate to "Access Management", and go to the CPO settings by clicking on "Charge Point Operator":
5. Fill in the aforementioned OCPP url you copied and fill in the ID you want to assign to the charger on Tap. Then click Save.
6. Wait until the connection status changes to Linked.
7. In the Tap web portal, please navigate to Locations > connect new charger. Select Hager again. You should now see the charger displayed in the list with available chargers.
8. Select the charger, and click on Continue. You can now proceed with the rest of the onboarding.
