    Manage Payment Methods

    Supported payment methods

    Tap supports the following payment methods:

    1. Apple Pay
    2. Google Pay
    3. Visa & Mastercard credit/debit
    4. iDeal / SEPA

    You can use these payment methods either to pay-as-you-go, or to pay your monthly subscription.

    Adding a new payment method

    1. Profile > Wallet > Payment methods > add new
    Apple Pay & Google Pay

    If you have Apple Pay or Google Pay set up on your phone, they will automatically appear in your payment methods, so you do not need to add them. They also cannot be removed.

    Removing a payment method

    1. Profile > Wallet > Payment methods
    2. Select payment method you wish to remove.
    3. Press delete.
    Are you a subscriber?

    You cannot delete a payment method that is being used as your subscription payment method. You will first need to go to change your subscription payment method, then you can delete the old method.
