Can I set up a Tap account for my customer and then hand it over to them?
Yes. The best way to do this is:
Setup the Account with your own email address.
Add your customer as an Account administrator: Account > Account administrators > invite new admin.
After setup is complete, your customer can remove you as admin.
How can I earn money using Tap for providing ongoing services to my customers?
You can do this by creating a Connected Account for your customer and adding a Service Plan. See this article on Connected Accounts for more details.
A Service Plan is a revenue share you can configure on each customer account. If you for example set 5% on a customer account, we will automatically split revenues each month between you and your customer, with 5% of all revenues going to your own bank account. This bank account can be configured in your own installer account. The customer's bank account is configured in their Connected Account.
Service plans are transparent to your customer, so they will see that there is a Service Plan set on their account - make sure that you have an agreement with them before creating a Service Plan.

Can I advertise my brand on my locations on Tap?
Yes, you can - simply add your brand details to your account Display Settings, and your details will be available for all drivers to see at all of your locations.
