By applying a QR sticker to your charger, drivers can quickly find your charger in Tap app.
What QR stickers do:
For new drivers to Tap: Drivers who don't have the Tap app yet will be directed to their app store to download it. Once installed, they'll be taken directly to the correct charger within the Tap app, ready to start a session.
For drivers already using Tap: Drivers with the Tap app already installed will be taken directly to the correct charger within the app, allowing them to immediately start a charging session.

To request QR stickers, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
Your full shipping address: Tap only ships stickers within the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Sticker type & quantity: Please specify the type and number of stickers you need.

How to link QR sticker to charger
Important:
Each QR sticker has a unique link and can only be assigned to one charger.
You must link the sticker to the charger after you have physically applied it.
Steps to link your QR sticker:
Open the Tap app on your phone
Navigate to the Manage tab from the bottom menu
Tap on the Charger you're working on
Scroll to the right and tap on the QR button
Scan the QR sticker with your phone's camera
How to unlink QR sticker to charger
Steps to unlink your QR sticker:
Open the Tap app on your phone
Navigate to the Manage tab from the bottom menu
Tap on the Charger you're working on
Scroll to the right and tap on the QR button
Tap on the Unlink this sticker button
