Onboarding in this context means getting the charger communicating with Tap. If you are looking for a complete guide for setting up an account and configuring your locations, see our Quick Start Guide.
To connect Teltonika chargers to Tap, you will need the Teltonika Energy mobile app.
1. In the Tap app: Locations > connect new charger
2. Select Teltonika.
3. Copy your unique URL from the Tap app or webportal.
4. Open the Teltonika Energy app.
5. Naviagate to: Main settings > Connectivity > OCPP menu
6. Turn on "Enable OCPP".
7. In "URL", paste the URL you copied from Tap.
8. In "Charge point identity", enter your desired charger ID.
9. Leave the Password field empty.
10. Click Save.
11. Return to the Tap app. After a minute the charger should appear and you can proceed with onboarding.
