Onboarding in this context means getting the charger communicating with Tap's charger backoffice. If you are looking for a complete guide for setting up an account and configuring your locations, see our Quick Start Guide.
To connect Fronius chargers, you will need access to the Fronius mobile app.
1. In the Tap app: Locations > connect new charger
2. Select Fronius.
3. Copy the provided unique URL from the Tap app or webportal.
4. Open the Fronius Wattpilot app.
5. Open the settings tab.
6. Open Connection tab.
7. Open OCPP field
8. Click OCPP Server
9. Paste in the unique URL you copied from the Tap app or webportal into the top section.
10. slide the “Add SN to URL” to On.
11. Save Changes
13. Slide the OCPP 1.6J slider to On.
14. Return to the Tap app. After a minute the charger should appear and you can proceed with onboarding.
