To connect Autel DC chargers, we assume that the unit has come pre-configured with Tap Electric from the Autel factory. If this is not the case, reach out to Autel for support with configuring Tap in your Autel DC charger.
1. Power on your Autel DC charger and follow the factory recommendations for commissioning. Once the charger is connected to the internet you can proceed.
2. In the Tap app: Locations > connect new charger
2. Select Autel DC.
3. Click Enter Charger ID.
4. Enter your Autel DC charger serial number. Click OK.
5. After a minute the charger should appear and you can proceed with onboarding.
