Onboarding in this context means getting the charger communicating with Tap's charger backoffice. If you are looking for a complete guide for setting up an account and configuring your locations, see our Quick Start Guide.
To connect Enua chargers, you will need an account in the Enua Installer app.
Open the Enua Installer app and proceed with onboarding.
Under the step "Charge Point Operator", select Tap Electric.
3. After finishing the steps and having scanned all the Enua Wallmounts, will receive an email from Enua. In this email you´ll see information on each Wallmount, with their parking spot location and device ID. As standard it will use the Wallmount serial number as device ID. Now that the Wallmounts are configured, when an Enua Charge is connected on a Wallmount, it will automatically connect to Tap Electric
5. Open the Tap Electric app or webportal.
6. Navigate to Locations > connect new charger
7. Select Enua.
8. Enter the Device ID of your Enua charger and click ok. If you are connecting more than one charger, enter all of the Device IDs before moving to the next step.
9. After a minute the charger should appear and you can proceed with setting up the location.
