Onboarding in this context means getting the charger communicating with Tap's charger backoffice. If you are looking for a complete guide for setting up an account and configuring your locations, see our Quick Start Guide.
Currently, V.GO chargers must be onboarded to Tap at the factory. Please reach out to V.GO for support with this.
Powered up the charger and connect it to the internet following the instructions from V.GO.
βOpen the Tap Electric app.
βNavigate to Locations > connect new charger
Select V.GO.
Enter the charger ID of your charger and click ok.
After a minute the charger should appear and you can proceed with onboarding.
