Onboarding in this context means getting the charger communicating with Tap's charger backoffice. If you are looking for a complete guide for setting up an account and configuring your locations, see our Quick Start Guide.
To onboard an Injet DC charger, you should have access to your Injet webportal. Ask Injet for your username and password.
In the Tap app: Locations > connect new charger
2. Select Injet (Hub - DC).
3. Copy your unique URL from the Tap app or webportal.
4. Ensure your Injet DC charger is powered up and connected to the internet.
5. Open a browser on a laptop and navigate to this address: https://fr.wydq.tech/weeyuen/admin.php
6. Login to your account using the credentials provided to you by Injet.
7. Navigate to DC Pile > Pile Set
8. Set Protocol Version to "OCPP 1.6J". Leave OCPP Code blank.
9. In OCPP Url, paste the URL you copied from the Tap app/webportal.
10. Return to the Tap app. After a minute the charger should appear and you can proceed with onboarding. If the charger does not appear in the Tap app within one minute, try rebooting the charger. The charger should then appear in Tap.
